Following a short probationary period, librarians are eligible for hybrid or other flexible work arrangements subject to supervisor approval and operational needs. Some evening or weekend shifts may be required.

Librarians earn two vacation days per month and one sick day per month, and have access to generous retirement, medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
