The California State Library has two positions available for Library Programs Consultants who will work jointly together on this statewide initative. Under the general direction of the Library Development Services' Assistant Bureau Chief, the Library Programs Consultant is responsible for planning and implementing State Library’s Lunch at the Library initiative and related programs, including nutrition and summer programs. The Consultant is responsible for establishing and implementing program goals, conducting research, establishing and maintaining partnerships, making related recommendations, providing advice and consultative services to libraries, and developing and administering library grant programs.
