This position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of 30-40 students. Under general supervision, this position assigns work, monitors performance, attendance and provides follow-up training/corrective action/referral. Shares the responsibility for hiring, training, and evaluating student assistants with the Stacks Supervisor. This position acts as Stacks Supervisor in supervisor's absence and performs special projects as needed.
