Job Description and Duties
Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) will work collaboratively with OQPA staff and Centers/Offices throughout CDPH to provide subject-focused public health and other health-related reference and literature search services as required by CDPH scientists, physicians, other public health specialists, and staff. Provides technical support and instruction to staff using electronic resources and reference tools. The SSA will be responsible for performing the less complex and/or analytical contract services functions that support the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) library services and contracts.
