Requirements
• Four-year college degree plus one or more years of experience in an academic library, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Two years of demonstrated proficiency using word processing and spreadsheets across various platforms.
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in varied teams within a dynamic library and university environment.
• Commitment to diversity and experience working with diverse populations.
Preferred qualifications
• Two years of experience with automated library systems, preferably Sirsi Workflows.
• Master's degree from an ALA accredited library science program or ALA approved foreign equivalent.
*Please note that this position will require working on evenings and weekends with some schedule variations throughout the academic year. You may occasionally be assigned overtime.
