Salary Range
$14.18-$19.86 Actual offers will be determined by the candidate’s creditable years of experience in conjunction with internal equity considerations and based on the organization’s current compensation practices.

Job Summary
Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. Performs data collection and data management to meet state, county and/or agency requirements. Supports clinical programs with information, data analysis and reporting.

Essential Duties
1. Conducts data collection and data entry for county, state and/or agency required surveys and forms.
2. Generates outcomes-related auto-reports from agency systems for regional executive and clinical director staff.
3. Communicates regularly with clinical programs regarding the status of their data collection including missing data or data integrity issues.
4. Conducts bibliographic literature searches.
5. Establishes and maintains positive and effective working relationships with employees throughout all levels of the organization.
6. Generates document tracking reports from agency systems for Clinical Directors and Clinical Program Managers.
7. Performs other related responsibilities, as assigned, to support specific department/business needs.

Education Requirements
• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED)

• College level coursework in behavioral or social science, or related experience in data collection and knowledge of basic research methods

Experience/Skill Requirements
• Minimum of One (1) year of direct experience in program research, data collection, elementary level evaluation, and usage of statistical software package

Other Specific Requirements
• Requires flexibility to work non-standard hours, including early mornings and evenings
• Requires strong communication skills
• Must be comfortable using computers

Preferred Qualifications
•  Two (2) or more years of directly related experience
*Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
