Job Posting - Library Juice Academy

Library Juice Academy and Library Juice Press are seeking an assistant to do occasional work on a contractual basis. We foresee about 10 hours per month of work, for which we are offering $10 an hour. Most, if not all, of this work can be done remotely. Tasks will include document scanning, bibliographic research, marketing and publicity (with an emphasis on social media), and possible clerical tasks related to enrolling students and sending out certificates of completion.

Library Juice Academy offers online classes for librarians' continuing education, and Library Juice Press publishes books for an audience of librarians. Both are a part of Litwin Books, LLC, which is located here in Sacramento. We think this could be a good opportunity for a library student who would like to know about our activities in the field from the inside.
