Woodland - Yolo County Library - PT Cataloging Library Associates

The Yolo County Library has two openings for the extra-help cataloging Library Associate position.  The successful candidates will have previous experience with copy cataloging and/or original cataloging with knowledge of MARC, RDA/AACR2 and a working knowledge of at least 1 foreign language, preferably Chinese or Japanese.  The position will also participate in materials selection that will provide the information, lifelong learning, and recreational needs of the community.  We are looking for flexible, service-oriented and friendly individuals who are proud of their profession and want to make a difference in the community while growing in their chosen profession.
