Sacramento - Jesuit High School - Library Manager

Degree in Library Science or Teacher Librarian Services Credential preferred

Experience with online catalog, subscription databases, and internet search strategies
Experience in providing direct public service to students and faculty
Experience with assisting students with Library Technology including the use of personal computers and iPads for research and classroom projects. (Windows operating system)
Experience with Follett Destiny Library Management System preferred

Responsibilities

Support the school’s mission of academic excellence, co-curricular involvement, and spiritual and religious formation
Be responsible for collection development, cataloguing, and maintaining both electronic and print resources
Maintain school’s online catalog and subscriptions
Assist students with Library Technology including the use of personal computers and iPads for research and classroom projects
Help supervise high school students in a busy library environment
