Library Program Manager Recruitment extension:
The City of South San Francisco, CA, seeks a highly dynamic
and innovative Library Program Manager to lead Youth and Branch Services. Our
Branch is embarking on an exciting renovation project; our Youth Services team has
expanded services to include a Summer Lunch and Summer Camp program, as well as
a wide variety of weekly, monthly and seasonal fun and creative programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic Librarian
who is committed to outreach and networking, uses creativity in making the
library an exciting, interactive place, both in programming and display, is
“tech-savvy” and shares her knowledge and excitement with staff and patrons,
promotes the joys of “raising a reader,” and is an experienced planner of programs,
services and special projects. The
Library is an active member of the Peninsula Library System, known for
innovative programs and partnerships.
