West Los Angeles—Special Counsel Information Governance—Systems and Research Librarian

Responsibilities of the Systems and Research Librarian job:
• Serve as the administrator for the ILS including managing upgrades and partnering with IT to support technical requirements
• Manage the intranet for the library
• Evaluate and manage electronic resources
• Manage technical projects including implementation of new library software
• Develop web pages using SharePoint
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis in support of various practice groups and deliver digestible results for practice area use

Qualifications:
• Master’s in Library Science or comparable advanced degree
• A minimum of three years of experience in a research role in a legal or corporate environment
• Experience with library automation, administration, and maintenance
• Working knowledge of Sharepoint and EOS strongly preferred
